A Santa Ynez Winter Styled Shoot by Eva Photo Studio & La Fleur Weddings

From the photographer: This is a bridal shoot that we photographed near Santa Ynez, California. This part of California, just north of Santa Barbara, is gorgeous. Lots of rolling hills, vineyards and very cool little towns. Our favorite little town was Solvang, a town built like a replica village from Denmark. The town features windmills, Danish bakeries, and some great restaurants! The day of the photo shoot we drove up Figueroa Mountain and near the top found a great location that overlooked the Los Padres National Forest. We started photographing in mid afternoon and were so happy to have such an amazing backdrop with the mountain and hillsides stretching out for miles in the distance. We loved all of the beautiful little details everywhere. From the gorgeous velvet invitations by Velvet Raptor, the silverware and china, the unique candle holders and the antique chairs all came together and looked amazing on this mountaintop clearing. As the sun started to set, we loved the way the sunlight reflected of the mountainside and cast a warm, golden hue to many of our images. The dress was a gorgeous white gown designed by Nicole Miller and looked amazing on Jessica. The hair piece and the lace caplet that Jessica wore were made by Mignonne Handmade and complimented the whole look of the bride. The beautiful floral arrangement was provided by Camilla Flowers. The plates, glassware and silverware were by Anthropologie. The event planning was done by Jill La Fleur of La Fleur Weddings. The tables, chairs, couch and sled were provided by Found Vintage Rentals. Hair and Makeup was done by TEAM Hair and Makeup. Photography by Eva Photo Studio.

Vintage Lawn Bowling Styled Shoot by Mikaela Ruth Photography

Canadian photographer, Mikaela Ruth Photography, is the talented photographer who not only photographed this fun lawn bowling session, but also put it together with the help of Jessica from Trove Vintage Rentals. The soft-curled hair was styled by Melissa of Under The Veil and make-up by Darcie.  The lovely flowy gowns were from Ellebay (don't you just want one?). And lastly, the colorful florals were put together by Kari of Confetti Wedding Floral Design. Shoot took place at the Bowling Green at Jubilee Park. This post is up a little later than planned, but I had quite a eventful day today. Went to Disneyland in the morning and then to the movies to watch Denzel Washington's, Safe House.
